West Covina police were also going outside of their jurisdiction, I was at my gym and noticed they were coming through the parking lot every single night. One night these two fatso white cops man and woman give me a ticket for no reason. I realized later after I paid it, I was in West Covina, and then it dawned on me, why are they there to begin with? They're not supposed to be in that area which is over 50 miles out of their jurisdiction.

I later called and some bitch made an excuse for the cops, but I told her I had already contacted Internal Affairs. The next night two cops come through the parking lot like they were looking for something and I am watching them. Since then West Covina has now stayed in their own jurisdiction. If anybody witnesses a cop doing something to someone or breaking the law record them. It is not illegal, start recording all of them and bring it to the media and Internal Affairs. These cops are abusive and getting away with murder far too much.
