Yes they can as I have encountered this terrorists action. YOUTUBE EMPLOYEE didn't like my personal comments I've made on other people's video's, so the SCUM decided to BLOCK ME FROM YOUTUBE, then proceeded to rape my blogger and was spamming my account then turning the blame on to me. Hey its a free country filled abuse and racists actions so if I have something to say I am going to say it. YOUTUBE has become an extremely hostile and violent environment which is made up of over 90% corruption and violence being watched. Frankly it's higher than that, I see less than 2% of healthy content that is useful and informative. Most people with high ranks are favored by YOUTUBE, but if anyone uses the platform to debate something YOUTUBE doesn't personally like, they will BLACKBALL YOU and then proceed to go through all of your GMAIL ACCOUNT, RIUN YOUR WEBSITE IF IT IS ON BLOGGER AND MESS UP THE ANALYTICS!! The EMPLOYEE AT YOUTUBE WAS STALKING ME AND RAPING MY WEBSITE DAILY.  I AM NOW MAKING A PAGE OF THIS AND A WARNING TO THE PUBLIC TO NOT USE GMAIL OR BLOGGER. If you do use it monitor your personal data and site.
