IHSS the Truth of being a Care Provider It's against the laws of God and State to Incarcerate Humans!

Being a care provider is hard work and it's not for everyone, eventually, it will take a toll on your life physically and emotionally especially if it's personal. Years ago I decided to try something new and attended this bullshit school called East Valley Vocational which started out ok but in the end turned out to be a disaster only to find out I didn't need to be certified to make $60,000 a year with the exemption of "federal tax", which I will explain how this happens. In California and all over the country there is a program called In-Home Supportive Services, the reason it exists is that by the laws of GOD and STATE, it's illegal to incarcerate a human being against their human will in a "facility" and this is what California tried to do to my man Todd Taylor. If you choose to be certified you can attend a CNA program, be careful of the school you attend to be certified. It's usually what people learn from level 1 to becoming an RN Nurse, but if you don't want to be a nurse in the long run, don't waste the money or time. You can still work, but you will have to break your back doing so to make enough money to support yourself and your family if you have any family to support. You must realize in California you have to work like a dog to survive, the politicians don't want people to have success, or get ahead, the politician enjoys making life hell for the human race. So after experiencing this shitty program at East Valley because the teacher was accepting bribes from the students who were kissing her ass so they could pass the class I walked out after this corruption of the teacher. Vivian Arteaga was later dismissed from accepting these bribes. As for In-Home Supportive Services, it only requires two things 1) Orientation which is a 5-minute joke of not providing any real information or correct numbers from what I was given, and 2) a fingerprint that will cost you $60 dollars so the State can run your shit to see what kind of record you have. You can qualify as long as you are not a "child molester" or a felon on the run, so if you have a DUI it's possible you can still qualify. You will be using the "Online Portal" which is user-friendly to log in on, so you can add your hours. The client you care for is also considered the employer, but it is through their medical insurance you are paid. The portal is actually great I wish it had an automatic email system to communicate to the social workers as it would be ideal since they are difficult to get on the phone. Otherwise most of the system is fucked up, again making things difficult for people. The website is somewhat informative, but it doesn't tell you everything about harassment from certain people when it comes to "share of costs", or the sick games social workers will play which I found out the hard way of course it's usually how people find things out.

You can then advertise yourself to get clients once you have your employee number but don't give this out until you actually been hired and don't allow anyone to manipulate you for your number. There are ways to find clients 1) I can build you a website to advertise your qualifications if you get at least 4 to 5 clients per week you can work 60 hours and make around 4800 to 5000 grand a month. You can't go over 60 hours a week, plus you still need to rest yourself, it's a lot to work this many hours whether you have 1 client or several clients. 2) You can list postings on Craigslist or any other free online community. As for clients they can be family and friends, people you know who need help. Or you can post flyers at your local senior community centers. Let me say this before I go on. If you are helping your family you must realize the State doesn't like to pay anyone for this kind of work, so the Social worker is NOT your friend, they won't be supportive or helpful in any way, so don't expect it, and don't tell them anything personal. The Social Worker does a home visit and questions the client to verify their needs. The reason I say this is because they will and can work against you. Let me describe this in short.

I dealt with so much abuse from every fucken ass-wad social worker, APS, sheriff dept, and hospital staff because these mother fuckers all conspire and will gang up on you to take away your loved one, family friends, etc. The State wants to INCARCERATE the client do you understand? The State wants the money and trust me your loved ones will be treated and ignored and drugged up in a fucked up facility until they die and that is God's truth! The hospital staff and doctors were in cahoots at the same time I dealt with all of it and it nearly broke me, but I made it after three years of healing since Todd died at home in his own bed. During that moment again I dealt with abuse from Walnut Sheriff Station in my home with that scum bag Officer Winn. I fought all of these pieces of shit as I wasn't going to let them take Todd away and it's exactly what they tried to do, is why they conspired against me. So you need to understand, never discuss or trust hospital staff, doctors anyone, only tell them what they need to know and nothing else!!!

Remember you don't need to answer when people ask you questions!! YOU DO NOT NEED TO ANSWER ANYONE! Everything you say will be used against you and they don't give a fuck about your feelings as that too will be used against you as if you can't cope. Remember enemies come with smiles on their faces, no one cares about anyone except themselves! Its all in act of concern and hospitals like police share information back and forth with each other. NEVER BE AFRAID TO SPEAK OUT AGAINST SOMEONE IN FURIOUS ANGER!!

Share of Costs

California loves to keep people as poor as possible even with healthcare, it's ONLY THE CORPORATE PIGS WHO MAKE THE MONEY!! Remember this all because of politics. Politicians would love to kill the entire human race if they could in one shot, see it to be true, this collective society needs to rise against the Oligarchy. However, I had some white bitch call me but she couldn't reach me on the phone so she mailed a manipulating letter, so I call her to find out what this is about? Only to realize this cunt misled me that she cared and was wanting to know Todd, NO she didn't give a fuck about him. Her only concern was getting me to admit, "How much money I am getting paid"? Yes, the conversation is being tape-recorded. That way the State could intercept and take away money from my paycheck! Or, the client's SSI money. WHICH IN FACT THE SOCIAL SECURITY CONTRIBUTED TO TODD'S DEATH. They cut off his money right before I received any paycheck in caring for him, with notice or cause, since they are linked to the system, that is how fucked up this entire shit system is!

Now here comes the interesting part. If you live with the person you are caring for and you know they can't make it on their own, you can let the social workers know if your client has Dementia or anything serious so you can sign a declaration stating they can't manage on their own is the reason you are living with the client. This is how you are exempt from "federal taxes". Do not worry about all other state taxes you have to pay, everyone does. FICA, SSDI, MEDICARE SHIT. That brings me to this problem I would stay away from MEDICARE, people really don't get it. Medicare is a bogus shit Insurance, I thought it was better because it's federal and has better doctors and quality of care, not really, but it works independently, not with social security like it misleads you to think. Its' ONLY REASON FOR EXISTING IS TO STEAL MONEY BACK!

It's just another crap agency you have to pay 200 dollars a month as if anyone can afford that, which is taken from thew SOCIAL SECURITY CHECK. THIS IS FRAUD AND DOUBLE DIPPING BECAUSE REMEMBER YOU ALREADY PAID FOR MEDICARE ALL THE YEARS YOU WORKED AND PAID INTO THE TAX SYSTEM. SEE HOW CORRUPT THE SYSTEM IS.

Who cares a shit %2 increase occurs once a fucken year, a person can't fill up their gas tank with that shit increase!! Let me point this out, that money was already taxed so why are people paying for Medicare again? Is this a fucken joke or what? The system works against people NOT for the people. It's why 70-year-olds are working until they drop dead. As for that white bitch who called harassing me the minute she asked me "how much money I make" I shut down and my guard went up I then knew she was the enemy. I yelled at her ignorant ass and told her NEVER FUCKEN CALL ME AGAIN! I hate white bitches! Her intention was to get me to pay a share of the costs, but I never did, I think it's because I was supporting both of us and I NEVER ADMITTED TO ANYTHING!! You might need to lie if you are living with the client because if they are receiving SSI and you are getting paid living together. THE CLIENTS SSI WILL BE STRIPPED AWAY. You might have to pay that "share of cost", so admit to NOTHING, UNDERSTAND!! THERE ARE NO LAWS TO FILING TAXES SO DON'T BOTHER FUCK THE IRS!!!

It didn't matter because Social Security is nothing more than a FRAUD SYSTEM to benefit the ELITES and POLITICIANS AND THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR TODD'S DEATH JUST THE SAME, as I was contacting the worker from IHSS and being ignored, they were cheating me of money and hours in the beginning. Then one day Social Security just cuts off Todd's money, NO WARNING, NO LETTER NO NOTHING before I was approved to caring for him. I was already struggling to keep a roof over our heads and he was getting worse and I was stressed to the level of pulling my hair out. Now I am enraged with FUCKEN ANGER and now I am a fucken wolf screaming at everyone and not giving a fuck who they are because in my eyes none of these politicians, county supervisors, or anyone else with their political agenda are worth a squirt of piss in my eyes, all of them are shit because they support a corrupt shit system, so all you can burn in hell.

Finally, I got the worker on the phone and he went over Todd's medical records which he never bothered before, and approved my case so I was given all retro monies paid back to me and a full 280 hours which is the max you can get. NOW I BELIEVED ITS CHANGED BECAUSE THE STATE DOESN'T GIVE A FUCK AND DOESN'T WANTS PEOPLE TO STRUGGLE AS THEY DON'T WANT THIS PROGRAM AND WANT PEOPLE TO DIE!! I was able to move to a new place and get away from most of the problems that were weighing on me. I'm sure some people have used the program to steal money and take advantage and were caught, but that wasn't the case here and there is no EXCUSE FOR NEGLIGENCE OR GROSS INCOMPETENCE. I needed help and support instead I got backlash and numerous fucked up people that were IGNORANT as FUCK and refused to listen or help. If you need to roar to be heard then DO IT! People are shit in these jobs and lazy as fuck. Don't let some social worker complain he has too many clients, that's his problem he knew what the job consisted of when he took it! As for the county supervisors, they are just as fucken lazy and STUPID!! If you have to yell at these stupid fucken idiots to be heard then do it!

So to end this rant if your loved one dies NEVER GIVE THE COPS YOUR LICENSE OR TELL THEM A FUCKEN THING, they will base their report on you as a care provider. It's NONE OF THEIR BUSINESS YOUR MONEY OR HOW YOU SUPPORT ANYBODY, THESE ARE QUESTIONS YOU DON'T HAVE TO ANSWER UNDERSTAND? I SWEAR TO THE FUCKEN DEVIL EVERYTHING THAT GOES ON IN PEOPLE LIVES IS LINKED TO SOMEONE OR SOMETHING ELSE. There was no reason that I should have to deal with fucken police only to be harassed. My father died there were no police, only the transport. TELL THEM NOTHING! DON'T LET THEM IN YOUR HOUSE YOU HAVE THAT LEGAL RIGHT. NEVER TRUST COPS! THEIR FUCKEN EXCUSE IS A FUCKEN LIE, OF "WE NEED TO MAKE SURE ITS NOT A HOMOCIDE", BULLSHIT!! OH REALLY? HOW INTERESTING SINCE THIS PIG POLITICIANS MURDER PEOPLE IN THE NAME OF MONEY EVERY FUCKEN DAY AND DON'T GIVE A FUCK. JUST AS TRUMP HE IS A CHILD RPAIST AND MURDERER. NO ITS NOT ABOUT THAT, ITS ABOUT GETTING INTO YOUR PERSONAL AFFAIRS!!

I made that mistake but I had nothing to hide, I took an extra paycheck and didn't give a fuck, what are they going to do throw me in county jail? Like I gave a shit at that point. No, they didn't but they already knew Todd died and I never informed them, the police did because they are pieces of shit. However, the Social Worker at DPSS credited all my monies except two hundred shit dollars which the county can kiss my ass for. Unless I go back to working as a care provider they can't collect shit from me. Plus my version of the abuse I endured from everyone should make a best-selling novel. See the Social Workers I had to deal with at Dept of Social Services never did a fucken thing to help me.

Ms Api in Pomona is a cunt and would never return my calls when I needed help, and they choose not to tell me of any expenses I could use as a credit, funerals aren't not fucken free. Wasn't that nice of them to hold back NO help and support? Just know this job pays, but you pay with your life when caring for someone who can't care for themselves. if you go this route, and the client has no monies at all, but your check to support the both of you. Go to DPSS and apply for an EBT card, the client can get food money with no penalties. Unfortunately All of us will get old, sick, and die just some sooner than others (I PRAY TO THE DEVIL THE POLITICIANS DIE IN FUCKEN PAIN SOON). Would I do this again for Todd if I had to, yes I loved him that much and I learned some ugly hard lessons from the pain I endured. I also learned this CORRUPT COUNTRY CALLED AMERICA IS ONLY FOR THE WHITE MAN TO SHIT ON EVERYONE AND FINANCIALLY BENEFIT AT THE SAME TIME WITH WAR - MURDER - RAPE - PEDO'S - FINANCIAL CORRUPTION NEED I SAY MORE!!!
