THERE ARE SO MANY CONTRADICTIONS ABOUT HOUSING IN AMERICA, YOU WILL FIND ON THE INTERNET AND NOT ONE GOD DAM AGENCY WILL PICK UP A PHONE TO SPEAK TO ME WHO HAS KNOWLEDGE TO ANSWER QUESTIONS. THERE ARE ONLY A FEW WAYS TO LIVE IN AMERICA AND BUY PROPERTY, IF YOU CAN. BEFORE I GET INTO THE WAYS TO BUY OR RENT PROPERTY LET ME SAY THIS, THERE IS NO FAIR HOUSING THAT EXISTS IN AMERICA. THAT IS A FUCKEN LIE!  WHEN IT COMES TO HOUSING THE ONLY PEOPLE WHO ARE BENEFITING AND REAPING LARGE PROFITS ARE THE CORPORATIONS WHO PRIVATIZE AND THE BANKS WHO FORCLOSE.  ALL THE CORRUPT MANAGEMENT COMPANIES WITH UNLIMITED RESOURCES ARE NOW DEMANDING AND THREATENING TENANTS FOR YOUR CHECKING ACCOUNT NUMBER SO THEY CAN HAVE CONTROL OVER YOUR MONEY AND YOUR LIFE.  I HAVE RECENTLY DEALT WITH THIS PROBLEM AND ITS ILLEGAL. IT TURN EXPECTING HIGH RENTS!

IT DOESN'T MATTER IF YOU RENT SECTION 8 OR HUD OR PAY RETAIL RENT, YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS ARE THE SAME. THE PROBLEM IS LAWYERS WILL NOT HELP MOST PEOPLE IF THEY FALL UNDER HUD OR SECTION 8 BECAUSE THE HIDDEN TRUTH IS, THEIR ATTITUDE!!!  THATS RIGHT, THEY WILL SIDE WITH THE CORPORATION BELIEVING ITS THEIR LEGAL RIGHT TO DO WHAT THEY WANT (WRONG OR RIGHT) AND YOUR ATTITUDE SHOULD BE TO BOW DOWN TO THEM AS IF YOU HAVE NO RIGHTS JUST BECAUSE YOU ARE ON SECTION 8 OR HUD. DON'T ALLOW ANYONE TO PLAY THAT GAME ON YOU. AS FOR RETAIL TENANTS ITS ALSO HARD TO OBTAIN AN ATTORNEY TO ASSIST WITH "VIOLATION OF TENANTS RIGHTS"!! ALL HUMANS SHOULD BE LIVING ON THE LAND, THIS IS WHY ITS EXISTS.  BEARING AND EATING FRUIT FROM THE TREES, GROWING YOUR OWN FOOD LIKE FARMERS, BECAUSE THAT IS WHAT ORGANIC IS, NOT BUYING IT IN A STORE. THERE IS NOTHING ORGANIC IN A STORE. I CAN CONFIRM I HAVE WORKED MANY RETAIL MARKETS ESPECIALLY WITH THE HOT BARS AND THE ORGANIC INGREDIENTS IS A LIE, ITS NOT A 100%. YOU WANT ORGANIC GROW IT YOURSELF!

IT'S IMPORTANT TO REALIZE AS A NATION OF PEOPLE REGARDLESS OF RACE OR GENDER WE ARE BEING SQUEEZED TO DEATH. THE LIE THAT THIS TOLD IS THE WORLD IS OVER POPULATED. NEVER BELIEVE THAT. THE CITIES ARE OVER CROWDED BUT THE WORLD IS NOT OVER POPULATED. ITS THE LIE TOLD TO HAVE A REASON FOR MURDER AND CHILD MOLESTERS TO HURT AND DESTROY OUR FAMILES!!

THE PROBLEM IS, WE AS PEOPLE HAVE BEEN MENTALLY CONDITIONED FOR CENTURIES AND NOW ITS WORSE THAN EVER. SINCE TIME IS GROWING OLD AND THE HUMAN RACE IS SLOWLY DYING THE WHITE MAN HAS MADE SURE OF A FEW THINGS THAT BENEFIT ONLY HIM.  1) ONLY THE ELITES AND POLITICIANS MATTER AND THE MONEY THEY STEAL. 2) CONTROL THE LAND AND THE FOOD AND THEY CONTROL THE PEOPLE. 3) CONTINUE INJECTING SEPERATION AND DIVISION AND THE MASSES WILL DESTROY EACH OTHER. 

NOW THERE ARE MANY PROBLEMS WITHIN THESE THREE AREAS I HAVE MENTIONED BUT IF ALL THE PEOPLE IN THIS NATION CAN REALIZE WHAT IS HAPPENING, TO ALL OF US AS A COLLECTIVE, WE CAN SHAPE AND CHANGE OUR REALITY TO BENEFIT ALL OF US. NOT THE PIGS AT THE TOP, WHICH IS TIME TO DESTROY THEM. NOW SEE THE LARGER PICTURE AND RESIST, THEN ALL OF US WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE WORKING TOGETHER IN RESISTING THE CONDITIONING OF THE WAY THE CORPORATIONS WANT US TO BEND TO THEIR WILL. YES IT HAS LEFT MILLIONS WITHOUT A HOME, AS A NATION WE MUST FIGHT THEM TO WIN.  YES WE HAVE TO STOP DEPENDING ON THE WHITE MAN BRINGING US OUR FOOD AND START GROWING THE FOOD OURSELVES.  FIND NEW WAYS TO BUILD OUR OWN COMMUNITES AND FUCK THE LAWS!!! ALWAYS REMEMBER YOU HAVE A WARRIOR IN YOU. TRYING TO COMPLAIN GOES NOWHERE BECAUSE THESE CORPORATE PIGS DON'T GIVE A FUCK ABOUT ANY OF US, THEY ARE SELF SERVING!


CRASH COURSE AND THE REALITY OF REAL ESTATE - THE TRUTH IS, DEVELOPERS AND COUNTIES HAVE CREATED A RECYCLE SYSTEM OF HOMES AND COMMERICAL PROPERTY. SINCE IT IS LOST AND SOLD DAILY OVER AND OVER AGAIN. ALL CORPORATIONS ARE FILLED WITH GREED AND ITS IN OVERDRIVE, NO ONE GIVES A FUCK ABOUT RIGHTS OR ANYTHING ELSE, BUT ALL THESE RENTALS ARE OVER PRICED. IF YOU TAKE A LOOK AT THE PROPERTY TAX OF ANY APT COMPLEX AND THEN SUBTRACT IT FROM THE PROFITS BEING COLLECTED PLUS UPKEEP AND EMPLOYEES YOU WILL COME TO FIND  THE OWNERS STILL MAKE A VERY GOOD PROFIT ON EACH RENTAL. THEY CAN KEEP RENTALS UNDER A $1000 A MONTH, THEY JUST DON'T WANT TO. THEIR SLUMLORDS WITH HIGH PRICES TO REAP PROFITS AND ABUSE TENANTS.



DEVELOPERS HAVE A BAD HABIT OF INTENTIONALLY CREATING GHETTO AREAS AND PLANTING TONS OF LIQUOR STORES IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD AND PUSHING PEOPLE OF COLOR INTO THESE SHIT COMMUNITES TO STIGMATIZE  PEOPLE AND KEEP THEM OPPRESSED WITH THE MENTALITY OF BELIEVING THEY DESERVE NOTHING AND KEEPING THEM OUT OF NICE HOMES. ITS A SICK GAME THEY PLAY AND HAVE BEEN DOING IT FOR DECADES. SO WHEN THE FIGHTING BEGINS AS PEOPLE KILL EACH OTHER, THE WHITE MAN TURNS AROUND AND BLAMES IT ON THE PEOPLE WHO LIVE THERE THAT ITS THEIR FAULT AND THEY WERE BORN TO BE CRIMINALS. THIS IS AN EXAMPLE OF OPPRESSION AND RACISM.

ALL THE WHILE THE WHITE MAN IN THE WHITE HOUSE IS A CHILD PEDO, WHO HAS NOW GANG BANGED ON SOCIETY WITH DEPORTATION TO DEFLECT HIS CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY AND CHILDREN!! HOWEVER, ITS NOW ALL CHANGED SINCE DEVELOPERS ARE CREATING THESE HORRIBLE 15 MINUTES CITIES BECAUSE THE INTENT IS TO CROWD EVERYONE IN SMALLER RENTALS WITH HIGHER PRICES AND CONTROL THE FOOD AND THEIR PERSONAL AND FINANCIAL LIVES BECAUSE THEY CAN AND WILL SLOWLY DESTROY US. LARRY FINK IS A VERY CORRUPT WHITE MAN WHO SPEAKS ABOUT CHANGING PEOPLE'S BEHAVIORS AND HOW THEY VIEW THE WORLD. THIS IS HOW ELITES CONTROL OUR LIVES THROUGH TECHNOLOGY.

ANOTHER PROBLEM IS THE MANY LARGE PRIVATE CORPORATIONS AND MANAGEMENT COMPANIES WITH THEIR OWN METHODS OF CORRUPTION WITH BULLYING AND THREATENING TENANTS TO HAND OVER YOUR CHECKING ACCOUNT NUMBRS SO THEY CAN USE PHISHING METHODS TO GET INTO EVERYONES PERSONAL ACCOUNTS AND CONTROL YOUR MONEY. THIS IS ILLEGAL, BUT WHO WILL STOP THEM?  WHO WILL STOP THE CORPORATIONS FROM FINDING SCRUPULOUS WAYS OF TAKING PEOPLE'S HOMES AWAY? THEY ARE DOING IT, BECAUSE THESE ELITES WANT THE LAND AND TO CONTROL EVERY ASPECT OF OUR LIVES. THEY DON'T WANT ANYONE TO HAVE A REAL HOME OF THEIR OWN.  WHEN DEVELOPERS CREATE COMMUNTIES NOBODY OWNS THE LAND. THE CORRUPT SYSTEM WE LIVE UNDER IS BEING CONTROLLED WITHIN THE SYSTEM.  THIS IS WHY TAXES ARE IMPOSED UPON US, WHILE THE RICH ARE NEVER TAXED BECAUSE THEY LIVE ON BORROWED MONEY. THE TRUTH IS NO ONE IS SUPPOSED TO PAY TAXES UNLESS YOU OWN YOUR OWN BUSINESS, BUT EVERYTHING IS BACKWARD AND CORRUPT. STEALING FROM THE TAXPAYERS!

ITS THOSE SAME CORRUPT ELITE BUISNESS'S WHO GET AWAY WITH PAYING NO TAXES AND WE THE PEOPLE GET FUCKED OVER.  IF YOU BUY YOUR OWN LAND THEN YOU CREATE YOUR OWN HOME AND COMMUNITY, SO YOU HAVE GREATER CONTROL, BUT EVENTUALLY THESE CORPORATIONS ARE FINDING WAYS TO DESTROY FAMILIES AND TAKE FROM FAMILIES SO THEY HAVE NOTHING, SO THEY OWN NOTHING AND THAT WAY WE WILL BE AT THEIR MERCY. WHY DO YOU THINK SO MANY AMERICANS ARE ESCAPING FROM INNER CITIES AND REVERTING BACKWARD TO LIVE ON THE LAND? THIS COUNTRY ITS BEING DESTROYED SLOWLY. THE ELITES ARE CONTROLLING OUR LIVES AND MANY PEOPLE IGNORATNLY BELIEVE IN THEIR VISION.

THE BANKS AND THE COUNTIES ARE IN BUISNESS FOR THEMSELF.  ALL OVER THE NATION THE COUNTIES DON'T CARE WHO YOU ARE. YOU NEVER HAVE TO LIST A REAL NAME BUT AN ADDRESS IS NEEDED BECAUSE SOMEONE HAS TO PAY THE TAXES ON THE PROPERTY. THE COUNTY WILL NEVER CONCERN THEMSELF WITH THE OWNER, AS THEY ONLY COMMUNICATE THROUGH FEDERAL MAIL.  HOWEVER, THEY DO HAVE POWER OVER YOUR PROPERTY. JUST UNDERSTAND, ITS THE LAND THAT HAS VALUE, ANYTHING PLACED ON THE LAND, SUCH AS A HOUSE, OR RUNNING WATER OR A SIDEWALK IS CONSIDERED "ADDED VALUE" WHICH INCREASES AS EQUITY. ALL THINGS SUCH AS ELECTRICITY AND OTHER ADD-ONS ARE CONSIDERED A "FINANCIAL EXTRACTION", THIS IS HOW THE LAND IS CONTROLLED FOR THOSE PRIVATE COMPANIES WHO OWN IT, SUCH AS THE WATER COMPANY OR LIGHT COMPANY. I BELIEVE THIS IS WHY SOMEONE LIKE LARRY FINK WANTS TO OWN THE "INFO STRUCTURE", OF MANY THINGS WITHIN THE NATION. DOING THAT WOULD GIVE EXTREME LEVERAGE OVER PEOPLE AND HOW THEY LIVE. THIS IS DANGEROUS.

WHETHER THE LAND HAS A HOME OR IT'S A VACANT LOT THE TAX ACCESSOR NEEDS TO REACH YOU, BUT THEY ONLY DO IT THRU MAIL.  WHEN SOMEONE STOPS PAYING TAXES ANY STRANGER CAN COME IN AND PAY IT FOR YOU AND TAKE HOLD OF THE "TAX LIEN" TO YOUR PROPERTY FOR THOSE STATES WHO RUN THIS PROGRAM.  IF THE OWNER DOESN'T PAY YOU BACK WITH INTEREST, THEN YOU GET THEIR PROPERTY OR VACANT LAND, IT'S ONLY WORTH IT IF IT HAS EQUITY. HOWEVER ITS NOT WORTH IT IF THE PROPERTY HAS A PHAT MORTGAGE AND NO EQUITY, BECAUSE YOU AS THE OWNER WILL HAVE TO PAY THAT MORTGAGE TO THE BANKTHE COUNTIES DEAL WITH THESE TAX LIENS.

THIS IS ONE WAY TO GET A PROPERTY AT A LOW PRICE IF YOU CAN FIND ONE WITH EQUITY ONLY, AND NO MORTGAGE, INSTEAD OF PAYING RETAIL PRICES OVER THE TOP. YOU JUST HAVE TO CHECK EVERYTHING OUT AND HAVE THE MONEY TO BUY THE TAX LIEN. YOU ARE BASICALLY PAYING THE BACK TAXES IN HOPES TO GAIN THE PROPERTY IF ITS WORTH IT.  NOW IF THE OWNER PAYS YOU BACK, HE DOES SO WITH INTEREST AND ITS A HIGH INTEREST.  HE CAN REDEEM HIS PROPERTY, BUT MOST PEOPLE NEVER DO BECAUSE IF THEY COULD AFFORD IT TO BEGIN WITH, THEY WOULD HAVE NEVER DEFAULTED IN THE FIRST PLACE. YOU CAN MAKE A PROFIT ON TOP OF YOUR INVESTMENT IF YOU CAN FIND A PROPERTY WITH ONLY EQUITY AND NO MORTGAGE ATTACHED TO IT, THEN FLIP IT.

NOW IF PEOPLE DEFAULT ON THE MORTGAGE FOR WHATEVER REASON, THEN THE BANK STEPS IN THEY DON'T GIVE A FUCK ABOUT YOU, THEY WANT THEIR MONEY!  IT USUALLY TAKES A FEW YEARS UNTIL THEY KICK YOU OUT INTO THE STREET AND PLACE YOUR HOME ON FORECLOSURE IN AN AUCTION.  NOT EVERYTHING GETS SOLD RIGHT AWAY, BUT THE BANKS AND COUNTIES HAVE CREATIVE WAYS AND VARIOUS METHODS TO SELL THE PROPERTY AND GET THEIR MONEY.  THEY WANT THEIR MONEY!!  WHAT HAPPENS IS IT STARTS OUT AT A LOW PRICE (THE BACK TAXES OWED) AND THE HIGHEST BIDDER WINS.  EVERYONE IS NOTIFIED ABOUT THE AUCTION.

NOW THAT MONEY WHICH IS BETWEEN THE AUCTION PRICE AND VALUE OF THE PROPERTY IS A DIFFERENCE WHICH IS CALLED "EXCESS PROCEEDS".  THIS MONEY CAN BE FINANCIALLY BENEFICIAL FOR ANYONE.  ONCE A PROPERTY OR LOT IS LISTED ON THE COUNTY WEBSITE SUCH AS  HERE. ANYONE CAN FILE A CLAIM, THE HARD PART IS FINDING THE OWNER AND CONVINCING THEM TO SIGN AND LET YOU FILE THE CLAIM FOR THE MONEY TO BE COLLECTED.  THE OWNER CAN DO THIS FOR FREE THEMSELF BUT MANY HAVE NO IDEA ABOUT IT. I WAS SURPRISED TO FIND OUT HOW MANY PEOPLE REFUSE TO LISTEN AND EDUCATE THEMSELF OF THEIR OWN LOSS.  FOR A PERSON OF INTEREST TO BENEFIT YOU MUST CONVINCE THE OWNER IN SUCH A WAY (MANIPULATE) SO YOU CAN MAKE MONEY FROM THEIR AUCTIONED PROPERTY. 

THIS IS WHY I SAY NOBODY EVER REALLY OWNS A HOME AND LAND WITHIN THE INNER CITIES.  EVERYTHING IS RECYCLED UNLESS YOU BUY THE LAND FIRST AND BUILD YOUR OWN HOME ON THAT LAND. OUTSIDE OR WITHIN ANOTHER COUNTRY THAT IS MORE BENEFICIAL AND PROVIDES GREATER FREEDOM WHICH YOU HAVE MORE CONTROL OVER.  OF COURSE THE ELITES ARE SLOWLY BUYING UP LAND EVERYWHERE BECAUSE THEY HAVE THE RESOURCES TO DO IT AND KEEPING MOST PEOPLE OUT. THE ELITES KNOW THE MAJORITY OF THE POPULATION IS VERY CO-DEPENDENT LIVING IN CITY LIMITS WITH MODERN CONVIENCES ONLY THE RICH CAN AFFORD.  THE ELITES HAVE RIGGED THE SYSTEM TO SET US UP ONLY TO WATCH US FALL, AS LONG AS THEY CONTINIUE TO FINANCIALLY BENEFIT FROM ALL OF IT, WHO CARES ABOUT THE REST OF US.

NOW IF NO ONES FILES THESE CLAIMS THE COUNTY IS COLLECTING MILLIONS AND MILLIONS OF DOLLARS EVERY FUCKEN YEAR, FROM PROPERTY THAT HAS BEEN RECYCLED LOST AND SOLD OVER AND OVER AGAIN. NOW DO YOU SEE WHO REALLY BENEFITS FROM LIVING IN A RIGGED SYSTEM BUILT ON LIES AND ILLUSIONS.  WE ARE ENSLAVED AND THIS SYSTEM DOES NOT BENEFIT ANY OF US UNLESS YOU HAVE THE MONEY TO GET OUT!   NEXT I WILL BE SPEAKING ABOUT THOSE CORRUPT PROGRAMS THAT HOUSE PEOPLE WHO ARE UNHOUSED.
