I NOTICED THE LADY WAS HESITANT TO GIVE HER INFORMATION BECAUSE THE KOREAN GIRL REFUSED TO PROVIDE HER NAME OR ANY INFORMATION OF WHO SHE WAS AND WOULD NOT INTRODUCE HERSELF RESPECTFULLY NO NAME - NOTHING. SO, I INTERFERED AND TOLD THE LADY SHE NEEDS TO GO TO THE COUNTY. THIS IS NOT HOW THINGS ARE DONE. YOU MUST CALL THE IHSS COUNTY NUMBER IF YOU ARE IN LOS ANGELES 213-744-4477 (IT IS A LONG WAIT ON THE PHONE) BUT YOU REGISTER WITH THEM, AFTER THEY WILL INSTRUCT YOU OF THE NEXT STEPS TO TAKE.

THE ADDRESS FOR THE OFFICE IS 588 ATLAS AVE MONTEREY PARK, CA 91755 - NEVER TRUST THE IHSS UNION, AND DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THAT SHIT. IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE PROGRAM!!! THE WORKER WILL GIVE YOU A DATE FOR ORIENTATION AND A LOCATION TO GO TO (OR YOU CAN DO THIS ONLINE), BUT YOU STILL HAVE TO CALL FIRST AND AFTER THAT IS DONE, THEN YOU SUBMIT YOUR PEDIGREE INFORMATION IN PERSON AT A DISTRICT OFFICE. SO WHEN SIGNING UP AS A CARE PROVIDER CALL AND GO TO THE COUNTY WEBSITE FOR INFORMATION NEVER MEET WITH SOMEONE IN AN ODD PLACE ESPECIALLY SINCE THESE KOREANS ARE REFUSING TO SAY WHO THEY ARE!!! THEIR RUDE... IT COULD BE A SCAM TO STEAL YOUR IDENTITY! 

NOW LET ME DESCRIBE WHAT I LEARNED FROM THIS STATE OF CORRUPTION AND HOW THEY TREAT PEOPLE AND HOW THEY PREFER TO LOCK SOMEONE UP, BECAUSE ITS BIG BUCKS FOR THE STATE, THIS IS WHY THE FRAUD AGENCY OF ADULT PROTECTIVE SERVICES COMES INTO PLAY.

Being a care provider is hard work and it's not for everyone, eventually, it will take a toll on your life physically and emotionally especially if it's personal. Years ago I decided to try something new and attended this bullshit school called East Valley Vocational which started out ok but in the end turned out to be a disaster only to find out I didn't need a certification to make $60,000 a year with the exemption of "federal tax", which I will explain how this happens. In California and all over the country there is a program called In-Home Supportive Services, the reason it exists is that by the laws of GOD and STATE, it's illegal to incarcerate a human being against their human will in a "facility" and this is what California tried to do to my man Todd Taylor, as they have done to many others. Keep in mind the hospitals - staff - police - doctors all will pressure you and coherence you to keep that relative or spouse locked up. All will back stab you to take that person away from you and lock them up its big bucks for the State! They don't care they want the cash and it's a lot more than what you will be paid as a care provider, but at least your relative will have personal care and won't die alone.

If you choose to be certified as a CNA and attend a reputable program, be careful of the school you attend to be certified. It's usually what people learn from level 1 to becoming an RN Nurse, but if you don't want to be a nurse in the long run, then don't bother just work as a "CARE PROVIDER". You can still work, but you will have to break your back to make enough money to support yourself and your family if you have any family to support. You must realize in California you have to work like a dog to survive, the politicians don't want people to have success, or get ahead. Politician's  enjoy making life hell for the human race. So after experiencing this shitty program at East Valley because the teacher was accepting bribes from the students who were kissing her ass so they could pass the class I walked out. After this corruption and the teacher being the problem. Vivian Arteaga was later dismissed from accepting these bribes.

MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE WITH IHSS IN LOS ANGELES.

​As for In-Home Supportive Services, it only requires two things 1) Orientation which is a 5-minute joke of not providing any real information or correct numbers you can call from what I was given, and 2) a fingerprint that will cost you $60 dollars so the State can run your shit to see what kind of record you have. You can qualify as long as you are not a "child molester" or a felon on the run, but if you had a DUI it's possible you can still qualify (as I know some people have). You will be using the "Online Portal" which is user-friendly to log in on, so you can add your hours. Speaking of which, if the person you care for can't do anything for themself, you can have access to their portal and sign off your hours for them. You will need to discuss it with the worker to sign a SOC 825 FORM. The client is also considered the employer as they to have an account on the portal to record your hours. Its a good system but I wish it had an automatic email to communicate to the social workers as it would be practical instead of their horrible phone service. The system could provide a lot more in the portal but again people making things difficult. Otherwise, the website is somewhat informative, but it doesn't tell you about harassment from certain people when it comes to "share of costs", or the sick games people play, this I found out the hard way, which of course is usually how people find things out. 

Medical Negligence and Corruption. I had to scream kick and fight to get people to get off their asses and do their fucken job other wise if you don't you will deal with their laziness and complacent shit. The reason for this is because THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA DOESN'T GIVE A DAM AND THEY DON'T WANT THE PROGRAM, SO FOR THOSE INVOLVED WILL DO THEIR BEST NOT TO HELP YOU OR READ MEDICAL DOCUMENTS AND SNUB YOU TO GET YOUR LOVED ONE SIGNED UP, TO COMMIT, REMEBER THEY WANT TO LOCK PEOPLE UP!! NOT HELP. What angered me is how STUPID and IGNORANT PEOPLE ARE JUDGING A BOOK BY ITS COVER. For example Todd was very ILL INTERNALLY but had the use of his legs still and the worker was so fucken dumb he questioned it, until I screamed at him that I was GREATFUL GOD let him use his legs or it would have been EXTREMELY HARDER ON ME THAN IT ALREADY WAS! Sometimes you have to bang information into a person's head so they comprehend. People are FUCKEN ASSHOLES MOST OF THE TIME!

Now you can advertise and have your own clients when you receive an employee number but never give it out, only when you are hired for the job. There are ways to find clients 1) I can build you a website to advertise your qualifications if you get at least 4 to 5 clients per week you can work 70 hours and make around 4800 to 5000 grand a month (THAT INCLUDES FEDERAL TAX EXEMPT, IF YOU LIVE WITH THE PERSON). You can't go over 70 hours a week, plus you still need to rest yourself, it's a lot to work this many hours whether you have 1 client or several clients. 2) You can list posting on Craigslist or any other free online community. As for clients they can be family and friends, people you know who need help. Or you can post flyers at your local senior community centers. Let me say this before I go on. If you are helping your family you must realize the State doesn't like to pay anyone for this kind of work. The Social worker is NOT your friend, they won't be supportive or helpful in any way, so don't expect it, and NEVER tell them anything personal. I MEAN NEVER, ONLY SAY WHAT NEEDS TO BE SAID NOTHING MORE, OR IT WILL BE HELD AGAINST YOU. The Social Worker visits the home and questions the client to verify their needs. Have a copy of all MEDICAL RECORDS PUT IT IN THEIR HAND AND MAKE SURE THEY TAKE IT WITH THEM. I Had a worker who pulled this crap and never bothered to read Todd's medical record, which could have saved me heartache and he was cheating me on the hours. IT WAS DONE WITH INTENT!

I say this because they will and can work against you. Let me describe this in short. I dealt with so much abuse from every fucken ass-wad social worker, APS, Sheriff Dept, and hospital staff because these mother fuckers all conspire and will gang up on you to take away your loved one, family friends, etc. The State wants to INCARCERATE the client do you understand? The State wants the money and trust me your loved ones will be treated and ignored and drugged up in a fucked up facility until they die and that is God's truth! The hospital staff and doctors were in cahoots at the same time I dealt with all of it and it nearly broke me, but I made it after a few years of healing. Todd died at home in his own bed in his sleep. During that moment again I dealt with abuse from Walnut Sheriff Station with that scum bag Officer Winn but overall I fought all of these pieces of shit as I wasn't going to let them take Todd away and it's exactly what they tried to do many times. Under these circumstances you must SELF PROTECT AND TRUST NO ONE. I CAN'T STREE THIS ENOUGH.

You need to understand, never discuss or trust hospital staff, doctors anyone, only tell them what they need to know and nothing else. Be careful what answers you provide to the question being asked? REMEMBER PEOPLE ASK QUESTIONS TO GAIN INFORMATION TO USE AGAINST YOU. They're only questions being asked YOU DO NOT NEED TO ANSWER THEM! Everything you say will be used against you and they don't give a fuck about your feelings as that too will be used against you as if you can't cope. Remember enemies come with smiles on their faces, no one cares about anyone except themselves! It's all an act of concern and hospitals and police share information back and forth with each other. SHARE OF COSTS IS A SCAM TO SCREW YOU OVER!! California loves to keep people as poor as possible even with healthcare, remember it's all because of politics. Politicians would love to kill the entire human race if they could in one shot, (Bill Gates) see it, to be true, this collective society needs to rise against the Oligarchy. However, I had some white bitch call me on the phone but she couldn't reach me so she mailed a manipulating letter, and I called her to find out what she wanted? 

Only to realize this cunt misled me that she cared and wanted to know HOW MUCH MONEY I HAD! She didn't give a fuck about Todd. Her only concern was getting me to admit, "How much money I'm getting paid"? Yes, the conversation is being tape-recorded. That way the State could intercept and take away money from my paycheck! Or, the client's SSI money. Social Security later cut Todd's money off without cause knowing he was dying. Social Security employees are trained to be ABUSIVE! Plus the case is LINKED TO THE IHSS PROGRAM so Social Security can see everything pretty much. Now here comes the interesting part. If you live with the person you care for because they can't care for themselves. Let the social worker know. If your client has Dementia or anything serious you can sign a declaration stating they can't manage on their own which is the reason you are living with the client. This is how you are exempt from "federal taxes". Do not worry about other state taxes everyone has to pay those. FICA, SSDI, MEDICARE SHIT, see how it goes right back into the system? That brings me to this problem I would stay away from MEDICARE, people really don't get it. Medicare is a bogus shit Insurance, it's all FRAUID when you think about it. Never mention it or change it. If the person has Medi-cal just leave it alone, Medicare is NOT better like everyone thinks.  It was invented to take money away from people. There is an angle to everything in the STATE OF CALIFORNIA.

MEDICARE IS THE BIGGEST FRAUD AND SO IS SOCIAL SECURITY, SOCIAL SECURITY WAS INVENTED FOR THE POLTICIANS AND THE RICH TO STEAL MONEY AND LIVE ON!

It's why 70-year-olds are working until they drop dead. As for the white bitch, WHO WAS MANIPULATING ME ABOUT "SHARE OF COSTS" the minute she asked me "how much money I make" I shut down and my guard went up, I then knew she was the enemy. I yelled at her ignorant ass and told her NEVER FUCKEN CALL ME AGAIN! I hate white bitches! The intention was to get me to pay a share of the costs, but I never did, I think it's because I supported both of us. THE GAME IS HOW TO OUTSMART THESE FUCKERS! THE SOCIAL WORKER ADMITTED TO ME THE STATE DOESN'T WANT THE PROGRAM BUT THEY HAVE TO HAVE IT! You might need to lie if you are living with the client because if they are receiving SSI you are getting paid living together the SSI will be taken away. You will have to pay that "share of the cost". Otherwise, there may be other ways around it. Social Security doesn't care they are CORRUPT AND FRAUD and fuck people over all the time. Or you can file at the end of the year having the client as your dependent, but if you live together it's a tax exempt and the SSI will more likely be taken away. DPSS did give Todd 300 in food money every month, which I never asked for because they already knew the situation. Everything is linked. DO NOT FILE TAXES, IT'S POINTLESS AND THERE ARE NO LAWS STATING IT'S MANDATORY! IT'S NOT! TAXES IS ALSO FRAUD AND THE IRS FUCKEN KNOWS IT1

NEVER TELL ANYONE HOW MUCH MONEY YOU HAVE EARNED BEING A CARE PROVIDER WITH IHSS!! I MEAN NO ONE. I HAD THIS OLD WHORE WHO WAS GETTING IN EVERYONE'S BUSINESS, WANTING TO KNOW ABOUT OTHER PEOPLE'S MONEY. 

YOU CAN NOT TRUST ANYONE, NOT EVEN FAMILY! It didn't matter because Social Security is nothing more than a FRAUD SYSTEM to benefit the ELITES and POLITICIANS AND THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR TODD'S DEATH JUST THE SAME. I was contacting the worker from IHSS and being ignored, they were cheating me of money and hours in the beginning. Social Security cut off Todd's money, NO WARNING, NO NOTHING and I was already struggling to keep a roof over our heads and care for him and he was getting worse and I was stressed to the level of pulling my hair out. Now I am enraged with ANGER and now I am a fucken wolf screaming at everyone and not giving a fuck who they are because in my eyes none of these politicians, county supervisors, or anyone else with their political agenda are worth a squirt of piss. I PRAY TO SATAN HE BURNS THEIR SOULS FOR WHAT THEY DID TO US.

Finally, I got the worker on the phone and he went over Todd's medical records which he never bothered before, and approved my case so I was given all retro monies paid back to me (OVER $6000) and a full 280 hours a month, which is the max you can get. I then moved us to a new place to get away from problems that were weighing on me. I'm sure some people have used the program to steal money and take advantage and were caught, but that wasn't the case here and there is no EXCUSE FOR NEGLIGENCE OR GROSS INCOMPETENCE, OR ABUSE. I needed help and support instead I got backlash and numerous fucked up people that were IGNORANT as FUCK and refused to listen or help. If you need to roar to be heard then DO IT! People are shit in these jobs and lazy as fuck. Don't let some social worker complain he has too many clients, that's his problem he knew what the job consisted of when he took it! As for the county supervisors, they are just as fucken lazy and refuse to listen. To be heard you have to yell at these stupid ass-wads working in the office, sitting on their ass being useless.

There was no reason that I should have to deal with fucken police only to be harassed. My father died there were no police, only the transporter. TELL THEM NOTHING! DON'T LET THEM IN YOUR HOUSE YOU HAVE THAT LEGAL RIGHT. NEVER TRUST COPS! I made that mistake but I had nothing to hide, I took an extra paycheck and didn't give a fuck, what are they going to do throw me in county jail? Like I gave a FUCK at that point. No, they didn't but they already knew Todd died and I never informed them, the police did because they are pieces of shit. However, the Social Worker at DPSS credited all my monies except two hundred shit dollars which the county can kiss my ass for. Unless I go back to working as a care provider they can't collect shit from me. NEVER TELL THE POLICE ANYTHING OR GIVE YOUR ID. THE WORKER DIDN'T BOTHER TO TELL ME I CAN USE AN EXTRA CHECK. 

Plus my version of the abuse I endured from everyone should make a best-selling novel. See the Social Workers I dealt with at Dept of Social Services never did a fucken thing to help me. Ms. Api is a cunt and would never return my calls when I needed help, and they choose not to tell me of any expenses that could be used as a credit, funerals aren't free. They didn't care that my man was gone and I had to leave my apartment. Wasn't it nice of them to hold back information with NO help and support? Just know this job pays, but your life will be compromised when caring for someone who can't care for themselves. ONLY TO HAVE THE EDD FUCK ME OVER TOO AND NOT GIVE ME MY UNEMPLOYMENT AFTER I WAS DONE WORKING.

All of us will get old, sick, and will die, just some sooner than others. Would I do this again for Todd if I had to, yes, I loved him that much and I learned some ugly hard lessons from the pain I endured. I also realized this CORRUPT COUNTRY CALLED AMERICA IS ONLY FOR THE WHITE MAN TO BENEFIT AND SHIT ON EVERYONE ELSE! AS FOR THE RICH THEY BELIEVE THEY ARE THE ONLY MOTHER FUCKERS WHO COUNT! WHEN THIS HUMAN RACE ENDS EVERYONE, I MEAN EVERYONE IS GOING STRAIGHT TO HELL, SO ENJOY THE RIDE!
