Purchasing and owning a laptop has advantages and disadvantages and recently a disadvantage occurred when I had to take the computer to the retail store Alice Computers from whom I bought my original system because the audio drives were gone as if they were never installed, it was the strangest situation. I may have done something wrong or deleted these drives not remembering, which I now know I didn't but someone or something controlling the other end of this system did. It's the only conclusion I can come up with. This problem would cost a few hundred dollars to fix which I didn't have, so I called the manufacturer several times and they have a process to download the drives. They walked me through it but nothing would happen, the drives refused to download with an error message it wasn't connecting to the RPC, whatever that is. I did look it up but it was pointless so I decided to purchase a new system at Temu. Now what I noticed about this platform is that regardless of what you buy, the cost goes down the faster their inventory sells, the same for laptops, so I purchased this one for $173.00, and somehow the dollars changed before tax to 195.00 so Temu plays with the dollars either way it was cheap production but works okay. The memory is the problem I will have to spend 100 dollars for 32 gigs because it only comes with 4 GB, which is nothing as most of their systems do. I wrote a review but the owner won't allow my images to show on the review how convenient.
So what happened with this situation after purchasing the system I then realized wow I need a lot of memory because it's just too damn slow, especially after downloading software into it. These laptops are not for gamers, it's for simple stuff, so to boost it up I will have to spend some money if the motherboard can hold what I am upgrading. These systems don't cost much to manufacture, but the more you want in the system the more money it's going to cost. Either way, you spend more than you want to because today's software such as AI needs to have a fast system to upload software. Strangely enough, I was annoyed I decided to put it away and not bother with it and just use my other laptop even though the audio was gone. It's a more quality system at least it should be since it cost so much, but the minute I turned it on the drives were already loaded in and this was several weeks after I spoke with the manufacturer having no luck with downloading the audio drives. I conclude Microsft is at fault for this that corrupt company admits to controlling the end user, what I can't understand is why? What benefit is it and the mystery of the drives disappearing - then not being able to download them at all and then I turn on the system to use it several weeks later and find the audio is working perfectly and the drives mysteriously appear in the system as if they were never gone.
Jeff the manager at Alice Computers couldn't understand what was wrong when I originally took the system to him to get an estimate to fix the drivers. The reason I purchased this laptop at Temu was to have audio and a second system for backup. When I called ASUS the manufacturer, it was speaking to a wall. These people have no emotions, they were so fucken weird I told them what happened and they had no response and could not explain how the drives appeared and worked several weeks later. I am placing the blame on Microsoft as I can't explain what just happened or why it happened in the way it did. All I know is I just spent money on a laptop for nothing. Now I have to spend more money to boost the speed. Oh well, at least I have a backup.
The odd thing is I don't understand how this happened, but I am realizing the corporation is controlling everything we do and our fucking with us, it will get worse. It kind of reminded me of the time I mailed a car payment of 500 dollars and Honda couldn't find my payment I was fucken pissed, but a week later the manager was a young kid I spoke with and the payment showed up out of nowhere. This problem was obvious to me someone stole my payment had a moral attack and placed it back to be processed, the manager was honest with me and said he couldn't explain what happened because he didn't know. I told him an employee stole the payment and then changed their mind that's what happened, he had no response as for the drives in the system it's Microsoft fucking with me playing a game. YouTube used to do that on my channel all the time playing sick games which I have evidence of, it's why? I won't upload videos to their platform anymore. We are all being watched!
