DMHC is responsible for patient care, but NEVER HELPS PATIENTS! Let me explain the position of DMHC, where complaints are supposed to go and are only favored toward the Health Care Agency and NEVER resolved! DMHC is supposed to protect consumers' healthcare rights and ensure stable healthcare delivery. This rarely happens. Many healthcare service plans contract with "Risk Bearing Organizations" to deliver or manage healthcare services to consumers. If I asked certain questions about healthcare in America and how people are treated within these greedy corporations, it would be less than 0 stars, or you can just read the reviews on Google. Patients don't know what any of this means and reviews say a lot from members who are experiencing abuse and gross negligence. There is far too much GREED and too much CORRUPTION within CORPORATIONS! When that lawsuit with LA CARE was approved all of that money should have gone directly to members, not in the pockets of Mary Watanabe and Friends. Healthcare agencies such as Blue Shield, LA Care, Cal Optima, Kaiser Permanente, and all other shit Health Insurance never take grievances seriously, why? If a patient makes a complaint it goes to the agency you are complaining about, they have their own department for it, so it is biased, not objective. I have experienced this with Blue Shield and LA Care the gross incompetence is outstanding, and derogatory as if these complaints are the patient's fault. You will only receive numerous letters that go NOWHERE with NO RESOLUTION, JUST STUPIDTY AND GROSS NEGLIGENCE! AS FOR BLUE SHIELD AND MED ZED THEY FUCKED ME OVER AND REFUSED TO PAY FOR HOUSING COSTS. I COULDN'T GET REIMBURSEMENT EITHER. THAT IS HOW SHITTY THESE COMPANIES ARE. LIES AND CORRUPTION BUT MARY HAS NO PROBLEM FINDING A LAWYER TO SUCK MILLIONS FROM LA CARE. Shady and blackballing, shit DMHC is no different from any other corrupt organization. It takes time and money to go to court and the filing has to be correct, so you can pursue a hearing. Attorneys are pieces of shit so it makes it hard to get the right attorney to help bring charges against the Health Agency and DMHC. However, Mary Watanabe is in charge of DMHC and DOES NOTHING FOR PATIENTS THAT ARE SUFFERING!!! This fat lazy whore should be fired because her corporate GREED is just black and sinister as the rest of the corporate shit taking advantage of people when their sick, dying and not receiving proper medical care that every human is entitled to have. America is the only FUCKED up country on the planet that refuses to provide UNIVERSAL HEALTH CARE, but even if this SHIT COUNTRY did have UNIVERSAL HEALTH CARE FOR ALL it doesn't mean the healthcare you receive will be satisfactory. Good chances it won't be as doctors only want to be famous and get a phat paycheck, they really don't care about the QUALITY OF CARE!! Mary Watanabe is GUILTY of financial corruption and not sharing the wealth to compensate the patients and members of LA CARE those same patients today still suffer from a lack of care and quality doctors. Many doctors have pulled away from LA Care and its corruption because the state won't pay doctors no more than 12 to 15 dollars per patient, per appointment. So if you experience an appointment set weeks in advance and when you show up 60 to 75 patients are waiting to see the same doctor for 5 minutes, don't be surprised you're waiting 3 hours for the doctor. Mary Watanabe is responsible for the thousands of members who died and received no proper medical care from LA CARE, but LA CARE is not the only medical Insurance that swims in corruption. LA Care Gross Negligence and Gross Incompetence
Don't Blame Medi-CAL Clients - You as a human being have three options of how to gain Healthcare in America 1) Employer Pays 2) You Pay for it if you can afford it 3) Medi-CAL which will fall under one of three health insurance plans I just mentioned, but when you get old you will be forced to have Medi-Care because the state wants to fuck you out $200 from Social Security. Actually, it is all double dipping and FRAUD, because when you work as a TAXED citizen automatically you will be taxed which goes directly into MEDICARE. So the state is double dipping financially to fuck people out of money. Of course, Social Security will lie to you and say, "Oh we will pay it, that is a lie, they're not paying shit because the money is still being deducted. Once you're older around 50 or 60, you won't be able to afford to pay your own insurance, and everything will have changed by that point. It will be much worse and the Health Insurance Companies won't insure you since the premiums you pay aren't enough compared to the problems you could endure as you grow old. If you catch a disease or cancer they won't insure you at all. Only Medicare if forced upon you (or just go without) if you have a Social Security Disability and then experience the gross negligence of the system and how horrible the quality of care is in America.
