If anyone ever says to you, "It's ILLEGAL TO AUDIO and VIDEO tape a session (regardless of the nature of the session). It's not ILLEGAL, that person is a liar and wrong. There are NO LAWS FEDERAL, STATE, or REGULATIONS written in stone or paper that AUDIO and VIDEO are NOT allowed. Those individuals don't want to be caught saying or doing anything wrong so you can later hold it against them, THIS IS WHY THEY WILL LIE. You must BE SNEAKY ABOUT IT. However, it is the beauty of the situation to do just that. Tape record or audio record so those IGNORANT ASS WADS SHOULD be held accountable. Too many people create mistakes and lie and refuse to be responsible when they FUCK UP. You can take pictures of law enforcement anytime. It's good to report them doing something they shouldn't be doing, and then send it to the Internal Affairs Division's main headquarters. I can take pictures of law enforcement and they can't do shit about it. Of course, they won't like it, no one does, but it's legal. Using it against someone in court may be tricky, so the best thing to do when the time is just right. Let the judge know you have images and audio to prove your case.
See how he reacts to that, then you will know how to proceed. It's the judge's call to allow it to be seen by the jury or the prosecutor. Either way, it gives you leverage, doesn't it? Why should a judge deny this request just about every case these days is shown publicly? Let me provide an example of a liar who tricks this young man. I was at this clinic in Fullerton called Medpro (it's a shit hole), this kid who could barely speak asked the receptionist if he could tape-record the session. She lies to him and says NO, it's ILLEGAL!! That dumb bitch is a LIAR. It is not, these GROSS NEGLIGENT ASS WADS don't want to be responsible since they have a poor reputation as "psychiatrists". I was going to record my session but my cell phone wouldn't work that day, but I was fortunate to get all the evidence I needed against these pieces of shit. While we are on the subject of cell phones, law enforcement uses, "STINGRAY" to track citizens these scumbags are always getting into cell phones and emails illegally most of us don't know it. You should keep the cell phone off or at least on "airplane" mode, the less you are tracked the better. Let me share this with you, recently I received an odd call from some loser who said he was doing a survey, don't fall for that he was lying, it's a TRAP!! He was tracking my cell and used the call to confirm my identity. However, the STINGRAY works to attract the signal manipulating the device as if it's the tower, but it's not. This is how cops track calls, and listen to calls. Every device we use is a tracking device. Cops should track the politicians. If anyone has dirt they do maybe law enforcement should get off their ass and do their fucken job arresting child molesters like Mark Zuckerberg.
The general rule is the First Amendment protects a citizen's right to record a law enforcement agent while carrying out their duties in a public setting. Recording can take the form of videos, photographs, or audio recordings. So with that being said I'm confident anyone can be recorded or videotaped, really it's the only way to prove to a court who is in the wrong, to begin with other than that, it's only a "he said, she said" conversation which doesn't carry much weight.
